Fascia boards carry the guttering and the bottom row of tiles. When the timber rots, gutters sag, joints leak and water runs down the walls. Capping rotten timber with plastic hides the problem rather than fixing it.
We remove the old boards, check the rafter feet, and fit new uPVC fascias, vented soffits, guttering and downpipes. Where needed we fit eaves protection so the bottom row of felt does not rot behind the gutter.
Roofline work is often done alongside a re-roof or repair, because the access is already in place.

Can you just cap my old fascias?
We do not recommend it. Capping traps rot behind the plastic, so we remove the old timber and fit new boards.
What colours are available?
White, black, anthracite grey and woodgrain finishes are all common. We bring samples to the survey.
