Privacy policy
How we collect, use and protect your information.
Who we are
Taylored Roofing is the trading name of John Smith, a sole trader roofing contractor based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. For anything to do with your personal information, email tayloredroofing9@gmail.com or call 07398 099776.
What we collect
When you fill in our quote form or ring us, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, phone number, email address, postcode or address, and a description of the work. If you send photographs, we keep those too.
How we use it
We use your details to contact you about your enquiry, arrange a survey, send your quote and carry out the work. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.
Who helps us
Our quote form is run by Heyflow, and enquiries are stored in our customer management system. Calls may be routed through a call tracking service so we can see which adverts are working. These providers only handle your details on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
This website and our advertising partners, including Meta, may use cookies and similar technology to measure visits and the performance of our adverts. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and records of completed work for as long as any guarantee runs and for our tax records.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
